Welcome to Viralix. By accessing or purchasing any product, service, or mentorship program from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase our services.

1. Program Details

Upon purchase, customers receive immediate access to:

• The full Viralix Whop A-Z Course (3+ hours of pre-recorded video training)

• Lifetime access to the private Discord community

• 6 months of 1-on-1 coaching, which includes:

  • One (1) private coaching call per week (scheduled by the student)

  • 24/7 direct message access to the coaching team via Discord

All materials are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the program and instant access to proprietary content:

• All sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

You agree and acknowledge this at the time of purchase.

3. Payment Terms

• You agree to pay the full program fee or payment plan as agreed upon at checkout.

• For payment plans, you are legally obligated to complete all installments.

• Missed or failed payments may result in revoked access to coaching, the course, and the community until the account is brought current.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided within the Viralix program (videos, templates, call recordings, materials, and community content) is the intellectual property of Viralix LLC.

• You may not share, redistribute, copy, resell, or repurpose any part of the program.

• Violating this may result in legal action and removal from the program without refund.

5. Coaching Disclaimer

The Viralix program is an educational and mentorship-based offer. It does not guarantee earnings, specific results, or business success. Your outcome depends on your own efforts, consistency, and implementation.

By enrolling, you agree not to hold Viralix, its team, or affiliates liable for any results or lack thereof.

6. Code of Conduct

By joining the Discord community and working with our coaches, you agree to:

• Maintain respectful communication

• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or spam

• Follow instructions and respect coach boundaries

Violation of this policy may lead to removal from the program without refund.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
